Tariff is inclusive of travel/meal /conducted sight-seeing/ entrance fee at Monuments/Parks/Palaces. The guest has to pay for video cameras, liquor, laundry and other items of personal nature.

* Full Package Charges are applicable for children above 5 years.

* Service Tax @ of 3.09% is applicable on the gross package value of the tour.

Booking 

(i) 50% of Package value at the time of booking.

(ii) 50% of Package value 30 days before departure of the tour

Cancellation
i) Any cancellation must be advised immediately by Fax/E-mail & subsequently confirmed by letter to the booking Office, Mumbai.
ii) Value of Package to be retained on cancellation will be as follows:
a) 5% of Package value 60 days prior to the departure.
b) 20% of Package Value 30-59 days prior to the departure.
c) 50% of Package value 15-29 days prior to the departure.
d) 100% of Package value 14 or less days prior to the departure.
iii) No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption of journey by a tourist on his own after the commencement of the tour.

Payments

Direct Deposits of Cash/ Cheque / Draft into Our HDFC Bank Account:

You can deposit the cash/cheque/draft directly into our ICICI bank account across the country. Else you can also transfer the amount by using the "Electronic Fund Transfer" from your bank account to our bank account. This transfer however takes 3 working days for the amount to be credited to our account. Please send us the copy of the screen shot which confirms the transfer of amount.  

Personally Make the Payment ( Cash , Cheque / Draft )
Place your requirement vide the reservation form & thereafter receive a payment advise. This payment can be sent vide cash, cheque or pay order/draft with the advise to:

We will courier/hand deliver/ fax the hotel confirmation to your location (anywhere in India) immediately after your remittance reaches us vide any of the above options.

PLEASE NOTE: Acceptance of credit cards is by physical swiping of the card on the EDC (Electronic data capture terminal) machine at our office or vide the mail order forms on this site. We do not accept credit cards on website or also do not accept verbal information of the credit card on phone.

Car rental services can be hired by paying at source. Full payments at the time of booking for Hotel & package tour.
